Mr. Sanborn has spent the majority of a 25 year professional career engaged in new business development, financial analysis and operational management.

Mr. Sanborn is currently a partner with Raisol Capital Partners Prior to joining Raisol Capital Mr. Sanborn co-founded Sterling Select, the Alternative Investment PlatformofSterlingEquities,  aplatformforinvestmentsinearly stageand/or growth opportunities.  

Mr.  Sanborn previously served as the President and   Chief Operations Officer of AIM Holdings, Inc. AIM’s consolidated holdings made it one of the largest multimedia distribution companies in North America.   During his tenure he restructured internal operations that successfully positioned AIM’s lead brand,, as a leader in North Americas EdTech. Market.  

 AsaPrincipal withChardan Capital,  Mr. Sanbornmanagedthedevelopment,  launchand   go   to   marketinitiativesfor   various technology companies withinthe Healthcare Supply Chain Management, Ed. Tech, Life science and   Food Service markets.   In addition to Mr. Sanborn’s domestic achievements Mr. Sanborn initiated partnerships with Chinese Ministry leadership to develop a national physician certification & education program, as well as with the Chinese Medical Association to co-develop a web-based medical education portal. Prior to joining Chardan Capital Mr. Sanborn oversaw distribution and logistics for Domino’s Pizza International Pacific Rim (DPI) and Domino’s Pizza Domestic Mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Sanborn is the co-founder Going Global Educational Initiative (501c3) which owns and funds a Primary School that feeds and educates over 280 school age children in remote East Africa.  Chris has held advisory positions with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Gerson Lehman Group's Council of Healthcare Advisors, American Institute of Architects and Healthcare Information Management Systems Society.  As well as advisory board and or director positions with Keep A Child Alive, The Avielle Foundation, HFactor LLC and Pipeline Medical Inc.

Prior to embarking on his professional career Mr. Sanborn spent five years with United Sates Navy Special Operations unit as a Combat Specialist in Rotary Reconnaissance, Search & Rescue and Anti-Surface & Submarine Warfare.

Mr. Sanborn is married with two children and lives in Long Island, New York
