Michelle Gillette Kelly, CEO of Ms. Michelle’s; Former Foreign Language Teacher and Culinary Instructor, followed her passion of Baking and began selling her Gluten Free baked products at local Farmers Markets. In 2010 Michelle opened the first dedicated GF Bakery on the South Shore of Long Island. Michelle’s Bakery was featured as one of the “Best Bakeries in America” in the Spring Issue of Gluten Free Magazine. In 2015 Michelle closed the Brick and Mortar storefront to manufacture her Gluten Free products for all to enjoy. Ms. Michelle’s Cookies can now be found nationally in Big Box stores as well as local markets. Michelle prides herself as a Women Owned Business and is proud that her product is 100% USA Made.
