Astrid Soto is a Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations of AUA Private Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to joining AUA Equity, Ms. Soto worked at Audax Group in Boston, where she was responsible for deal origination and business development. Prior to Audax Group, Ms. Soto handled capital raising and business development for Massachusetts General Hospital and was a Consultant with Argos Consulting Network U.S.A. where she created and executed food and beverage-focused sourcing initiatives.

Ms. Soto was recently named among the 2017 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A by Mergers & Acquisitions Magazine. Ms. Soto is currently on the non-profit Junior Council board of El Museo del Barrio, New York City’s only museum dedicated to Latin American and Caribbean art, and is Vice-Chairman of ACG NY Women of Leadership Committee (WOL), focused on facilitating connections between women leaders in the deal-making community. Ms. Soto was previously the recipient of the ACG Boston Accelerator Class of 2014 and is a member of ACG New York. She is a former member of ACG Boston, ACG Boston Planning Committee, and a former Committee Member of ACG Boston Deal Hunters.

Ms. Soto is originally from Spain, and completed most of her studies at the Madrid Campus of Suffolk University. Ms. Soto holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Suffolk University, and completed the negotiation and conflict resolution consortium program at Harvard Law School.
