Victoria Hart has nearly 20 years of experience and founded Pinnacle View in 2012. In managing the portfolio, she applies her extensive knowledge of capital markets, M&A, the C-suite decision making process, sell side nuances and bayside best practices. Over her tenure, she has been a dedicated specialist in Chemicals, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Telecom and Consumer Discretionary, allowing her to extend her industry depth to become a generalist in 2007. Her multi-sector and multi-asset class experience has lent itself to a portfolio strategy that incorporates a top-down view to best capture rotation to target individual investment opportunities employing fundamental, bottoms-up research.

Prior to Pinnacle View, she spent four years as a Senior Analyst at East Side Capital, a Soros-backed and Barron's Top 100 Hedge Fund. At East Side, she was part of a three person investment team, comprised of herself and the Co-CIOs, managing $4 billion in AUM with above market returns in all periods of her tenure. Before East Side, she worked for 4 years at Marril Lynch as a Vice President in the research division on Institutional Investor ranked teams where she consistently ranked #1 or #2 in Stamina for EPS accuracy; and spent 5 years as an investment banker at Citigroup, Deutsch Bank, and DLI (now CSFB). Her career began in 1996 working for Arthur D. Little in their strategic management consulting practice.

She is active with the broader finance community, notably, serving as a co-chair for the PM/Traders PAG for 100 Women in Hedge Funds and founder of 7 Degrees of Women in Finance. She received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Chemistry from Wellesley College
